Parenting is one of the most rewarding experiences in life — and one of the most anxiety-inducing. If you live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, you know that the pace of life here adds its own layer of pressure. Between demanding school schedules in districts like Carroll ISD, long commutes, competitive extracurriculars, and the social pressures unique to communities like Southlake and Keller, many DFW parents find themselves running on empty.
